Mia Partlow is an NCSU Libraries Fellow working on a two-year initiative to streamline the patron experience of request services at NCSU Libraries. She also provides research support as part of the Data & Visualization Services department, specializing in GIS and map visualizations. Before working in libraries, Mia worked in public radio, where she solidified her passion for providing good customer service.
