Cathy joined OCLC in September 2015 and currently leads the product management team for Delivery Services, which encompasses both Discovery and Resource Sharing products. She's a relentless innovator with a passion for improving the entire end-user experience through technology and data analysis. During her time at OCLC, Cathy has transformed her area to involve a greater degree of community engagement throughout the entire product development process. 

Before joining OCLC, Cathy honed her skills in user behavior trends during more than a decade working in eCommerce for brands like DSW and American Eagle Outfitters. Her diverse and well-rounded educational background helps her bring a thoughtful and unique approach to every project. She studied computer science and English fiction writing at the University of Pittsburgh, where she also earned an MBA.
