OCLC Tuesday
Take advantage of this new opportunity to get updates and have discussions about the OCLC products you use most. To start, Cathy King, Executive Director, Delivery Services, and Jennifer Corsi, Senior Product Manager, will provide an update on how OCLC will deliver on the high expectations for library services that are being shaped by our experiences as consumers. They’ll describe how OCLC is researching and developing services that enable the library on-demand and address everything from the initial search to the delivery of requested materials. Then we’ll have breakout sessions for the following products, where you’ll get in-depth updates on new features and product roadmaps, and have time to discuss questions and ideas with your peers and product experts:
  • Tipasa with Stacy Brunner, Jenny Rosenfeld, and Sagan Wallace (Ballroom 6)
  • D2D, VDX, & WorldCat Navigator with Debra Denault and Christa Starck (Ballroom 7)
  • ILLiad with Stephanie Spires (Ballroom 1)

Save staff time and delight patrons with speedy 24/7 document delivery fulfillment using the NEW ILLiad Reprints Desk Unmediated Server Addon. Atlas Systems worked closely with Concierge customers at Florida State University to create an addon supporting unmediated ordering and fulfillment through Reprints Desk.  Senior Developer Matt Calsada and Chief Service Officer Stephanie Spires will discuss use benefits as well as installation and implementation requirements for the addon.
