Caitlin Finlay is the Head of Interlibrary Services and Borrow Direct at Cornell University. Working with representatives from both collection development and technical services, Caitlin participated in the implementation of Cornell's original Buy or Borrow program, which has been in place for 10 years. In the last 4 years, Cornell also implemented a second program for purchasing hard-to-find items requested by Cornell patrons via interlibrary loan.
